I have created this blog as the beginning of a new journey a place were
I will share my upcoming creations, ideas, inspirations and projects with you all.
While not every project will be produced in kit form, most of them will
be available so you can create alongside me.
For those who don’t know me, my creative journey began back in 1985.
I started dabbling in quilting and hand stitching, completely falling in love
with the magic of making something from nothing.
Later that same year, I opened a creative centre in West End
for our beautiful craft community, calling it “The Stitches & Bitches.”
It was a space filled with laughter, learning and lifelong friendships.
“Bella” comes from my nickname, and “Rose” represents
the deep love my sister had for roses.
Our family home was filled with rose bushes as they symbolized
beauty, strength and love.
Every creation I make carries a piece of that memory.
In this blog, I will take you on a journey of creating
with both papers and fabrics.
To me, there are no limits in crafting, and these two worlds
go hand in hand so beautifully.
My forte is album and card making, and I especially love creating
“off the page” projects.
Scrapbooking, however, is still a challenge for me as
I never quite know when to stop adding!
But I’m sure along the way, we will learn from each other.
Shabby Chic and Victorian style are closest to my heart,
though I do love branching out when inspired by the breathtaking papers created
by some of Europe’s leading Craft designers.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
I truly hope you revisit again soon and walk this creative journey with me.
Until next time, I wish you a beautiful and creative day.
And remember…
Keep unlocking the artist within.
